How to do it

  1. Fill both buckets equally — half full to start.
  2. Bend your knees with a straight back, grip both handles and stand up using your legs.
  3. Stand tall with shoulders back and down, stomach gently tight, arms straight by your sides.
  4. Walk 20–30 short, steady steps.
  5. Stop, bend your knees and set the buckets down with a straight back.

Breathing: Keep breathing steadily as you walk.

How much to start with: 3 walks × 20–30 steps, 1 minute rest between

❌ Common mistakes

  • Leaning to one side — keep the buckets equally full.
  • Letting your shoulders round forward.
  • Bending at the waist to lift the buckets off the floor.

⚠️ Safety

  • Walk on a dry, level floor. Make sure the handles are strong. If you have back trouble, keep the weight light.
