In short: there are no accounts on this website, and we do not ask for your name, phone number or health information.

What we collect

• Your choices (only on your device): your language and "which way is right for you" choices are saved in your own browser (localStorage). They are not sent to us.
• Visit counts: we may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies (for example, how many people visited and which pages they viewed). It does not identify you.
• Server logs: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may keep technical data such as IP address and browser type for a short time for security.
• Fonts: we use Google Fonts to display text, so your browser connects to Google's servers.

Feedback and email

If you send feedback through a form (Google Forms) or email, we receive only what you choose to write. We use it only to improve the website and to reply to you. Please do not include private health details in your feedback. We do not sell or share your information.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), you can ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Write to hello@sahikasrat.com.

Children

This website is meant for people aged 18 and above. Anyone under 18 should use it only with a parent or adult's supervision.
